These terms govern the SMS/text-messaging program operated by Lotect LLC through its personal AI assistant, Hal Niner (“Lotect Assistant”), from the number (208) 922-6769.
1. Program description
Lotect Assistant sends transactional and conversational text messages on behalf of its owner — for example reminders, appointment confirmations, order details, and replies to messages you send it. It does not send marketing or promotional messages.
2. Opting in
You can opt in by texting START to (208) 922-6769, or by giving the owner permission to add your number, after which you will receive a confirmation message. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service. Full details are on our Opt-in page.
3. Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the Assistant. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
4. Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts. To rejoin, reply START or UNSTOP.

6. Carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most other U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Privacy
Your phone number and message content are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always available at lotect.com/terms.
